Buying, selling, renovating and making the most of property in Japan. This is where we introduce the business — day-to-day, it will run through our dedicated site, TSUMUGI Real Estate.
Periodic visits, ventilation, winter preparation, waste collection and meeting contractors on site. This is separate from short-stay operation.
Organizing life, community and paperwork needs, and arranging the right professionals.
Contracted English communication for contractors, and planning support for local projects and vacant-property use.
Short-stay operation, immigration and business setup, and regional development — added only when they fit our purpose and we can deliver.

Founded in 2026 in Nagano City. Two co-founders. We work in Japanese and English.
Partners include local contractors for renovation and construction, a licensed real-estate company for transactions after licensing, and qualified professionals for regulated work.
